Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical schematics.

  • Skilled in rigging, hoisting, and safe material handling.

  • Solid understanding of structural steel installation practices, including bolting, welding, and alignment.

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

  • Competence with precision measurement tools (tape measures, squares, micrometers, dial indicators, laser alignment).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing site conditions.

  • Physical capability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
