**Pay** **: $23.00/hr to $30.00/hr (Depending on weld test) *PREVAILING WAGE OPPORTUNITIES!***
**Shift** **: 6:00am - Finish (OT AVAILABLE)**
**Job Description**
This role combines both field and shop welding, focusing on the fabrication and installation of miscellaneous metals such as railings, stairs, ramps, ladders, platforms, and structural steel components. You will perform high‑quality MIG and Stick welds in multiple positions, interpret drawings, and adapt to changing jobsite conditions. The position requires someone who can work independently, support a small fabrication team, and contribute to both shop production and on‑site installations.
