**Job Description**
This position is for a MIG Welding role where you will engage in welding various parts using different materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Weld various parts in different materials.
+ Conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements.
+ Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Perform grinding, sanding, and cutting using oxy fuel and hand plasma.
+ Adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, quality requirements, and safety programs.
+ Perform general welding and shop duties as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, and structural welding.
+ Knowledge of pre-heat and post-heat welding.
+ Experience with carbon arc and stick welding (SMAW).
