Hydromec Inc., a growing company, is looking for a Welder to join its passionate and committed team at the Dolbeau-Mistassini branch. Our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive, safe, and employee-focused work environment.

Reporting to the Machining, Welding, and Cylinder Shop Manager, the Welder will be responsible for welding parts and subcomponents according to Hydromec’s standards and customer requirements, while meeting production deadlines and adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Assembly and Welding: Weld parts and subcomponents based on technical drawings, specifications, and Hydromec’s quality standards.
2. Quality and Precision: Perform thorough weld inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer expectations.
