• Greet and welcome all guests with warmth professionalism and a genuine smile
• Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences
• Assist guests with inquiries directions and hotel information
• Offer welcome beverages or amenities upon arrival based on guest status or preferences
• Coordinate with Front Office Concierge and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless guest experience
