As a Welcome Talent polyvalent (day & night) , you will participate in the daily tasks of the department while being a reference for the W spirit and concept and the brand standards.
You will welcome and take care of customers from check-in to check-out with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure a WOW effect and anticipate and respond to customers' needs.
As an Insider and a brand Ambassador, you will advise guests on the hotel's services, terms and conditions, and any other requirements to ensure a memorable experience.
