Become a key player at Planet Fitness as a Front Desk Associate on weekends. Assist members and guests in a supportive Judgement Free Zone® environment.
This position requires you to work Saturday and Sunday from 5AM-2PM. As a Front Desk Associate, you will ensure members feel welcomed and valued. Key activities will involve greeting club visitors, addressing concerns, and performing membership-related tasks while maintaining club policies and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members and guests entering the club
• Promote a Judgement Free Zone® by being supportive
• Handle phone inquiries and resolve issues
• Execute sign-ups and manage billing information
• Ensure cleanliness of club areas and equipment
Requirements:
• 6-12 months experience in customer service
• Commitment to becoming CPR/AED certified
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Strong communication and mutual respect
