Job Description

We’re seeking an organised, detail-oriented Admin & Operations Assistant to manage cleaning bookings on Saturdays and Sundays, with an additional half-day for a meeting with the Operations Manager. You’ll be the hub connecting clients, cleaners, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate and manage cleaners for each booking

  • Confirm job details and communicate with clients

  • Track payments and booking status

  • Manage cancellations, last-minute changes, and urgent issues

  • Update CRM and scheduling systems with accurate records

  • Provide support to recruitment and onboarding when required
