At Fairmont Banff Springs, the Wedding & Special Events Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of weddings, resort events and seasonal guest experiences. This hybrid position provides operational, administrative and on-site event support across Wedding Conference Services and Adventure & Experiences, adapting to seasonal business needs throughout the year. The successful candidate is highly organized, guest-focused and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams, vendors and partners to deliver exceptional and memorable events.
Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education
