KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Wedding Planning & Execution
End-to-end planning of multi-function weddings (Roka, Mehendi, Sangeet, Cocktail, Pheras, Reception)
Design personalised concepts aligned with couple's vision, culture & budget
Build event timelines, vendor briefings & day-of runsheets
Venue walkthroughs, décor approvals & on-ground supervision
On-the-spot contingency management
2. Sales & Business Development
Own wedding & banquet revenue targets for Tricity market
Generate leads via networking, bridal expos & digital campaigns
Prepare customised proposals & close deals with HNI clients
Maintain pipeline of enquiries, follow-ups & bookings
