Wedding Lead Management Coordinator

This role serves as the central point of organization for the wedding sales pipeline by ensuring leads are captured, entered accurately into Delphi, assigned appropriately, and progressed efficiently through each stage of the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capture & Inquiry Management
  • Receive and manage all inbound wedding inquiries from multiple channels including website submissions, email, phone calls, referrals, social platforms, and partner-generated opportunities.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective wedding customers and planners.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and follow-up on all inquiries in accordance with established service standards.
  • Collect and organize key client information including event dates, estimated guest counts, budget expectations, event style, and accommodation needs.
  • Qualify opportunities and route them appropriately based on business guidelines.
