Job Description

Insight Consultancy are a small but busy marketing agency who are looking for a new member of the web team, following a period of growth.

This role would be suitable for anyone with a background in WordPress maintenance and development. You’ll work with the support of the full team, which includes designers, developers and marketers.

We are based in Leicester, but our team works remotely from locations across the UK. The role is hybrid or fully remote . If you are based near or around Leicester, our office is open for you to work in if you wish.

Full-time or part-time applications are welcomed.

Key responsibilities

  • WordPress updates, backups and maintenance
  • WordPress troubleshooting and bug fixing
  • Triage new WordPress maintenance requests, ensuring projects are properly allocated, deadlines are met, and clients are happy with the outcome
