Website Operations Specialist (E-commerce)

The Website Operations Specialist is a core member of the E-Commerce cell, operating with a start-up mindset to drive website performance, stability, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Business Development Director, this role collaborates across the team to contribute to strategy while leading execution across all web platforms and tools. The role is responsible for running, improving, and scaling the website experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Magento website (CMS) and complete tech stack (Nexcess, OneTrust, all extensions), ensuring performance, uptime, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with and manage external vendors such as developers.
• Manage release cycles, QA, and project deployments.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to performance, bugs, and integrations.
• Deliver website improvements including new features, extensions, and enhancements.
