Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of our digital customer experience, aligning technical platforms with business goals to deliver measurable results.
  • Manage and optimize the customer lifecycle to deliver key KPIs using insights from quantitative and qualitative behavioral data.
  • Coordinate, manage, and execute website development projects in close partnership with internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners, dealers, the IMG Central Team, and various sales & marketing stakeholders.
  • Own web analytics and insights, translating complex data into executive‑level reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the sales pipeline, meeting lead generation and lead nurturing targets.
