Designation: Moderator
Shift Timing - 8 AM to 4:30 PM, 12 PM to 8:30 PM, 2 PM to 10:30 PM
Responsibilities:
KRA of Moderators:
Execute virtual meetings end-to-end with doctors, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, session formats, and client requirements.
Provide timely and professional email and phone support to doctors for onboarding, coordination, and technical assistance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth session execution and promptly resolve operational or technical issues.
Manage backend operations including admin tasks, session setup, and livestreaming support to ensure flawless execution.
Perform post-session activities such as video trimming, accurate maintenance of session records and reports.
