We are looking for a skilled Web Hosting & Middleware Administrator to ensure the stability, availability, and smooth operation of company web applications in a production environment. The role focuses on web and middleware hosting support, proactive monitoring, and rapid response to production incidents across Windows and Linux platforms.
Role Description
Maintain and support web and middleware hosting environments in production
Monitor application and server health to ensure high availability and performance
Perform log-based troubleshooting to identify and resolve application and infrastructure issues
Administer Windows and Linux servers, including patching and configuration
Manage SSL certificates and DNS configurations
Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
Work closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve issues
