Overview
We're customizing an existing Webflow template (Consultflow X: ) for a premium, investor-first property management brand. Further context is supplied at the end of this description.
Please note, this is not a from-scratch website build.
The template already includes page structures, components, responsiveness, CMS scaffolding, and interactions. Your job is to align the styling system and apply it cleanly across our selected pages, while keeping the template structure intact.
What we're trying to achieve
Modern investor / editorial, quiet authority. High contrast, clean, structured, premium. Minimal decorative elements. Brass accent used sparingly (CTAs + small highlights only). Avoid startup/techy styling, busy visuals, overly rounded corners, gimmicky gradients, or heavy textures.
