Phoenix Studio is looking for an innovative and skilled Webflow Developer to join our growing web team. You'll collaborate with designers and marketers to build visually captivating and performance-driven websites. We want a creative individual with strong Webflow expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for stunning UI/UX.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop visually compelling websites with high-end UI animations and smooth web interactions on Webflow, using Figma designs
Add creativity and out-of-the-box ideas to enhance website look and feel
Build and iterate on all types of Webflow pages: homepages, landing pages, blogs, etc.
Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and tablet/mobile responsiveness
Maintain brand consistency across all delivered web properties
Follow best practices in web standards, accessibility, and usability
Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge design and development
