Webflow Developer (Design-Aware & Scalable Build Focused)

The Role:

We are seeking a high level Webflow Developer for ongoing contractual work. We frequently build clean, professional business websites and need a professional who can translate Figma designs into pixel perfect, high performance Webflow sites.

While our immediate needs are often straightforward marketing sites, we are looking for a developer with the technical headroom to handle complex CMS logic, custom JavaScript/GSAP animations, and API integrations as our projects evolve.

Responsibilities:

Scalable Builds: Develop sites using a recognized framework (e.g., Client-First, Relume, or BEM) to ensure the project is easy to manage long-term.

Figma-to-Webflow: Execute 1:1 translations of Figma designs, including thoughtful responsiveness across all breakpoints.
