Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager the incumbent is responsible for operating a loader to assist with snow removal and other winter maintenance tasks.


The pay range for this position is $29–$31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently for snow removal and other winter maintenance tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues.
  • Clear snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, bus stops, and any drainage components in accordance project specifications.
  • Collaborate with team supervisor and other team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
