POSITION OVERVIEW

IGNITE is looking for a curious, motivated, and tech-savvy Web Support Assistant to help support our digital platforms and enhance student experiences online. You will assist with maintaining our WordPress website, connected tools, and digital services while gaining hands‑on experience with modern cloud, web, and automation technologies. This role is ideal for students who enjoy problem‑solving, learning new systems, and improving digital processes. You do not need to know everything listed — if you learn quickly and work well independently, we encourage you to apply. This role will primarily support the Data Analytics and Digital Transformation team; however, collaboration across IGNITE’s other functional groups will be required to ensure cohesiveness.
