The Digital Analytics Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining digital tracking solutions, validating data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to optimize user experience and marketing performance. This role ensures proper event instrumentation across web and product platforms and supports cross-functional teams with analytics expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Event Tracking & Tag Management
Manage web event lifecycle (approval, fixes, resolution).
Implement and maintain tracking tags across CMS and product environments.
Ensure global product event instrumentation (e.g., page name consistency)
Data Quality & Validation
Validate data between systems (e.g., Data Lake and Mixpanel) and detect anomalies.
Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies promptly.
