Your Mission: You will lead an assigned web press team to produce printed materials of the highest quality that meet or exceed our customers' expectations. What You Will Do: Lead: As a Lead Press Operator you take responsibility for your assigned press team, operations and products on a day to day basis. You know how to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment with your team to drive outstanding results through mentoring, training, and guiding new team members in your craft and the print process. Ensure a Quality Product, Every Time: Assess preliminary needs and job specifications prior to the product run. During the print cycle you will assess trims, alignment, correctness of folds, ink quality, color quality and clarity.
