implementations and CRM configurations for our clients. This role is responsible for leading a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring projects are executed with accuracy, speed, and high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of people leadership, technical understanding, process ownership, and quality assurance, while supporting seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
