Job Description

You will be an integral member of our IT team that develop & support in-house web applications, involve in requirements gathering, testing and deployment aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering with users.
• Review and refine user requirements documentation on the new functions and/or enhancement on existing functions in the web and/or mobile applications.
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
• Participate in testing and verification of application enhancement in both frontend and backend.
• Provide support on the enhancement deployment and related activities.
• Provide technical support to users to troubleshoot issues pertaining to in-house web application.
• Assist to troubleshoot, debug and optimize performance for apps/web.
