JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Plan, design, and develop web applications and employee portals (e.g., intranet, approvals, directory, news, learning, booking, dashboards).
  • Build front-end features using modern frameworks and design systems; integrate with APIs/SaaS.
  • Set up web CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility conformance through collaboration with designers and testers.
  • Optimize and maintain web performance, targeting Core Web Vitals: LCP ≤ 2.5s, INP ≤ 200ms, CLS ≤ 0.1
