Job Description
We're a creative agency looking for a skilled, detail-oriented web developer to join us on a long-term basis. This is a part-time collaboration (approximately 6-10 hours per week to start) with the potential to grow into a larger role over time.
What we're looking for:
Strong experience in WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow
Ability to handle custom coding when needed (HTML, CSS, JS – PHP is a plus)
Confident translating Figma mockups into fully responsive, pixel-accurate websites
Solid understanding of structure, spacing, and design systems
High attention to detail (we care about the small things)
Clear, reliable communication
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Design sensitivity is important. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to understand layout, hierarchy, and visual balance, and know when something feels off.
