We're seeking a versatile Web Developer to lead a full website redesign and support ongoing digital initiatives. This role combines visual design, front-end development, and CMS management, with additional responsibilities supporting intranet portals and ongoing site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Front-End Design
+ Lead redesign of the organization’s public website with a modern, responsive, accessible UI.
+ Create templates, themes, and UI components within a CMS (Cascade CMS preferred but not required).
+ Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets.
CMS Development & Administration
+ Maintain and update site structure, navigation, and content.
+ Build and manage templates, components, and branding standards across digital properties.
+ Support discussions around CMS modernization or migration.
