Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve engaging content and blog-driven web experiences that are visually compelling and easy to navigate.
• Create user-centered UI and UX designs that improve readability, engagement, and content discovery.
• Work closely with content, SEO, and engineering teams to design layouts optimized for performance and growth.
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent web designs across pages, templates, and components.
• Design wireframes, page layouts, and high-fidelity mockups for new content formats and site enhancements.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation within WordPress themes and templates.
• Continuously improve site usability through data, feedback, and best UX practices.
