Your goal at Profound

Design stunning, high-performing websites that look premium, feel effortless to use, and help clients hit business goals. This is a web-first role: most of your work will be marketing sites, corporate sites, landing pages, and website redesigns (not app-first product UX). You'll work closely with project managers, developers, and our creative team  and you'll be expected to bring strong visual taste, layout craft, and clear design rationale.

What you'll do

• Design best-in-class web interfaces: homepage concepts, page templates, landing pages, and full website systems.
• Translate brand strategy into strong visual design: typography, spacing, hierarchy, grids, component systems, and consistent UI patterns.
• Create wireframes when needed, but your strength is delivering polished web UI and clear page-level storytelling.
