Web Analytics

We're looking for a
Web Analytics / CRO Specialist
with strong hands-on experience in website experimentation, analytics, and tracking implementation — paired with a solid understanding of how data-driven testing improves user experience and conversion outcomes.

This role is
not
for high-level strategists who don't execute, nor for analysts who only report on data. We're looking for someone who can
own experimentation end-to-end
— from setting up tests and tracking, to QA, analysis, and clear recommendations.

You'll work closely with design, copy, engineering, and growth stakeholders to ship experiments, maintain clean analytics, and continuously improve website performance through structured testing and insights.
