Job Description

The Communications Analytics Service is responsible for managing inquiries related to analytics dashboards, data access, and reporting. This role involves supporting users with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Talk walker Social Media Analytics, as well as maintaining a secure database of authorized users. The position also includes global website support, focusing on content management, design, and content creation.


Your Role:

  • Monitor the service email inbox and assess requests for complexity, addressing level 1 inquiries and forwarding level 2 requests as needed.
  • Manage a database of authorized users, ensuring secure access by setting expiration dates and sending reminders for renewals.
  • Create regular reports based on detailed instructions and provide assistance with existing dashboards.
