Job role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and insights-driven Web Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with GTM, GA4 & Looker along with a strong understanding of user behavior, funnel optimization, and revenue attribution. You will work closely with performance marketing, product, and website teams to track, analyze, and optimize digital user journeys to improve conversion and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage website tracking using GTM, GA4, and JavaScript.
Configure event tracking for key D2C actions: product views, add-to-cart, checkout steps, purchases, clicks, and form submissions.
Develop and validate data layer structures using JavaScript for accurate and consistent data capture.
Configure enhanced eCommerce tracking to monitor revenue, AOV, conversion rate, and funnel performance.
