Weaving Technician Rotating Shift

Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented, and creative individuals to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain assigned looms by repairing ward ends and fixing filling breaks
• Inspecting fabrics twice per shift
• Patrolling and inspecting back of looms for mat-ups, low warps and laps
• Maintaining and cataloging all loom stoppage

 Other Duties:

• Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
• Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and success of the company

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous weaving or textile experience required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
