Responsibilities
- In coordination with marketing, generate leads of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) in their base country, following the standard lead management process to qualify, mature, and close deals for investors willing to purchase real estate assets in the KSA market.
- Seek key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to secure a steady stream of potential buyers.
- Identify and attend events in investors’ base countries where they seek investment opportunities; collaborate with headquarters in KSA to conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences.
- Act as an advisor for end‑to‑end real estate investment for clients in their base country, managing a seamless investment experience in KSA and consulting on exit strategies when needed.
