Job Description

The Wealth Management Specialist is responsible for the initial engagement of subset advisors in the Mid-Atlantic region (OH, MI, WV, KY, PA, NJ), connecting advisors to Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement team. Provide support to the Growth Team in delivery of value-added programs and communications to all Tier levels of advisors. 

This is a hybrid role for one of our primary office locations: Dallas, TX; Des Moines, IA; St. Cloud, MN, working 7am-4pm CT/8am-5pm ET. 

What you will do: 

  • Establish the subset advisors’ relationship with the Sales Enablement team(s) that deliver comprehensive sales support directly to subset advisors & their staff. 
  • For subset advisors, follow up on growth plans and roadmaps progress, tackling roadblocks and encouraging adoption and milestone achievement.
