Your tasks will be:
Participate in pre-employment medicals and annual medical check-ups with the occupational physician. Manage, create, and update the medical records of all company employees. Manage the medical department. Participate in prevention, health education, hygiene, and safety initiatives. Diagnose work-related accidents and provide first aid within your scope of responsibility. Ensure that all medical equipment (medications, first-aid kits) necessary for employee health and safety is available. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety rules for employees according to internal policy. Prepare monthly reports for the medical department. Receive and hand over health insurance files to the insurance company representatives. Analyze absenteeism rates, and short and long-term sick leave.
