Overview

Position Overview: Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a well-established organization to recruit a Junior Human Resources Generalist . This is an entry level role , ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting HR operations under the guidance of the HR Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires
• Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and coordinate orientation for new employees
• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries and provide support to Payroll for HR-side processes
• Support WCB claims administration, including reporting, tracking, and return-to-work coordination
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files in compliance with policies and regulations
