Wave Soldering Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Wave Soldering Technician to join our PCBA manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of wave soldering machines to ensure high-quality production output. You will work closely with Process Engineers to minimize defects (solder bridges, skips & etc) and ensure compliance with IPC and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Perform daily setup, startup, and shutdown procedures for Wave Soldering machines. Ensure correct flux and solder levels are maintained.
• Process Control: Load correct machine programs and verify thermal profiles (pre-heat, dwell time) before mass production.
• Maintenance (PM): Execute Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks, including cleaning fluxer nozzles, skimming dross from the solder pot, and cleaning conveyor fingers.
