This position is ideal for a field-driven leader with strong technical knowledge and a focus on quality, safety, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate several waterproofing crews across active job sites, ensuring work is sequenced efficiently and completed on time.
• Monitor installation to confirm all work meets project drawings, specifications, quality expectations, and budget targets.
