Waterfront Crew Member

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and reliable individuals to join our Waterfront Crew Member at Gordon Bay on Lake Muskoka. This is a seasonal full-time or part-time position , ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, on the water, and in a fast-paced marina environment.

The season runs from late April/early May through Labour Day, with potential for additional work into the fall for the right candidate. Weekend and holiday availability will be required during peak summer months.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet, communicate, and assist customers with all aspects of their marina experience
• Fuel boats and maintain accurate fuel sales records and daily fuel reads
• Provide safety orientations and instruction for boat rentals, including embarking, inspections, and returns
