Water Quality Technical Specialist

About the role

We are currently looking for a Water Quality Technical Specialist (known internally as a Water Quality Scientist) to join our busy Water Quality team. The team are responsible for ensuring we can demonstrate that Water meets our regulatory requirements for drinking water quality.

You’ll be responsible for assessing the risk to public health for planned and reactive work and as a technical expert, you’ll investigate a range of matters affecting water quality.

This will require you to prepare technical reports and carry out technical audits of water treatment processes and network assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the protection of public health and will involve providing technical expertise and advice to key internal and external customers.
