What You’ll Do

• Partner with Canada’s Managing Director and Water Business Group Directors to develop, implement and maintain effective area business group programs.
• Monitor area business group performance indicators and implement actions and process improvements as needed.
• Facilitate area teamwork, communication and work‑sharing to maximize client satisfaction, company growth and profitability.
• Build area business group capabilities through recruitment, mentoring, staff development and training.
