Lead the City of Welland's water and wastewater operations as a Supervisor. Ensure compliance, efficient service delivery, and strong leadership for a dedicated team.
The Supervisor – Water/Wastewater plays a critical role in managing daily operations and maintenance of the city’s water distribution and wastewater collection systems. This position oversees staff, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure performance while ensuring safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and fostering a productive work environment for approximately 20 unionized staff members.
