Veolia in Abu Dhabi seeks a Waste Sorting Team Supervisor to lead daily sorting operations, coordinate staff, and drive performance through clear targets and KPIs. You will coach the team, conduct regular one-to-one meetings, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

You will oversee material types such as metals, plastics, paper, glass, textiles, electronics, and organics, ensuring quality, throughput and compliance with environmental standards.
