Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Safety & Resilience Officer (Health & Safety Compliance Officer – Waste Services) to support safe, compliant, and efficient waste and recycling operations across Rugby Borough. This is a 3-month contract role.

You will ensure adherence to HASAWA, COSHH, and RIDDOR, develop risk assessments, conduct audits and inspections, monitor with CCTV, investigate incidents, deliver training, and promote a positive safety culture across depots and routes.
