Group Warranty Trainee


The Group Warranty Trainee will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warranty process. This role ensures that warranty claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and process warranty claims, including reviewing documentation, verifying eligibility, and ensuring timely resolution. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the dealership and manufacturers regarding warranty issues. 
  • Monitor and track warranty performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
