Warranty Project Manager is established within the EHS, Quality, and Security department for Switchgears Queretaro. The primary business need is to strengthen the management of warranty claims and customer non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution and improved service quality. The role is structured around three core areas: comprehensive warranty and claim management, rigorous root cause analysis with corrective action implementation, and proactive client communication.
How You'll Make An Impact
- 40% Warranty & Claim Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of warranty claims, from initial client report to final resolution and closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as manufacturing, engineering, and logistics to gather information and facilitate claim processing.
