We have an urgent vacancy for a Warranty Claims Financial controller with an automotive company Duties: Warranty Claim Administration Audit & Validation: Review repair orders to ensure accurate technical defect reporting, labor times, and operating codes. Claim Submission: Compile and process claims flawlessly to meet strict Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines. Claim Rectification: Investigate and recover costs for rejected claims by coordinating with the workshop and finance teams. Technical Support: Coach workshop personnel on technical reporting requirements to prevent future job card deficiencies. Parts Allocation: Process and assign parts usage through Dealership Manage Financial Controls & Reporting Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile warranty debtors ledger accounts and track outstanding claims against payment variances.
