In this role based in Wakefield, QC, we are looking for a Spa Receptionist with at least two years of customer service experience. You will be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring that guests feel at home. Your outgoing personality and empathy will help you stand out as a memorable first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Provide personalized customer service in person and via phone
• Assist guests by answering questions and offering solutions
• Foster a friendly and inviting environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a customer service role
• Experience in hotels is a plus
• Must be bilingual (French and English)
• Outgoing, friendly, and empathetic nature
